Subject: urgent request
  my wife is a student and she has sponsored me from quebec.but she has not recieved any form regarding quebec selection certificate but i have recieved pp request from new delhi embassy.so is it to compulsory to fill the forms of quebec selection certificate before getting visa....? I m really confused ....thanks a lot in advance for replying...
