Subject: Citizenship Rules |

Hello everyone. I am a PR in Canada for over one year. I am confuse for the rules for CDN citizinship. i thought that I had to be in Canada physically for 3 years. Now I hear from many people that physical stay not the only important factor. They also look at total picture of family circumstance - in other words where you have your home, and bank accounts, etc,,,,
Does anyone have any information on this subject? I don´t want to jeopardize my family.

(in reply to: Citizenship Rules) Not entirely true. You are just getting panicked for nothing.
Main issue is 3 years rule.
Then if you don´t have any criminal record then you must be OK.
Your bank account..job..may help you to establish your residency but that doesn´t mean that you need any high bank balance or so. You can have 0 balance, no job..
