| Subject: Just got my IA. 3 questions to ask. |

Hi. I submited my application to Hong Kong visa office back in Aug 05 and just got my IA this week. Now I´m asked to do body check and to submit some up-to-date documents. 3 questions to ask though. Please help. Thanks.
1. How far am I from getting the case finalized?
2. If IELTS isn´t asked in IA, will I be asked later?
3. I´m asked to submit reference letters from my past & present employers. However some I have and some I don´t have. Can I simply submit employment contract and others that stated my employment length?

1. Probably a few months.
2. Your assessment has been done so most probably no.
3. If you cannot submit a reference, explain why? and in addition send as much proof of employment as possible.

Possible scenarios:
1. If medicals are fine, your documents are fine, background and security checks finish without problem then passport request.
2. If you have past medical history then they might ask you to furnish some additional medical results.
3. If they are not satisfied with some of your documents you may be asked to submit more.
4. If they find something fishy in your documents interview after medicals.
