| Subject: IELTS for PNP nominees |

Hi!
I am currently working in alberta under a temporary work permit and my company just nominated me for Alberta PNP. The company I worked for, submitted the Employer´s application and Guaranteed Job Offer to Alberta PNP about two weeks ago and got approved.
I´ll be submitting my own application and the necessary documents probably within this week.
I understand that after the Approval from Alberta PNP, I have to forward my application to CIC, for permanent residency application. I´d like to ask if I need to take IELTS to prove my proficiency in English.
I will appreciate anybody´s help on this

Upto my knowledge there is no need for IELTS in case of immigration under PNP . IELTS is necessary where you have to score 67 points under skilled immigration.

No need for IELTS. You have been nominated by province so your preliminary selection is over.

If you got PNP nomination certificate, no IELTS required only medical and security clearence, you will be admitted under PNP category of the province selected.

Under the BC/PNP program, is the ielts important if yes, how much the score is needed for high professional category?. pls confirm as soon as possible..
