Is it possibe to sponsor parent(father) and sister (full time student under 22 years) at the same time.second how much time it will take in immigration process.

Yes it is possible to sponsor your father and sister at the same time if you meet the income crieteria.

At the time the PR visa is issued your sister should be unmarried, under 22 years and financially dependent on your father. If she is over 22 then she should be a full-time student after turning 22 till the visa is issued.

They are not priority and normally it takes about one to two years to finish the process. The problem is your sister because of the age. Is she dependent?
