Find a Canadian employer who is willing to hire you in your skills with a Labour Market Openion from Sevice Canada,if both in hand apply for work permit from your visa post at New Delhi,but keep in mind rather a hard excersice!

Work permit is only easy if you hold G8 country passport.
Only visitors can come and knock doors of Canadian Employers and then if they are willing to hire foreign workers plus painstaking paper work. However there are agencies they may help you for a small fee. Here is one IPACanada@rogers.com
