Do I need sealed trascript only. As i have transcript which is not sealed and I am applying as dependant visa for Canada

No; you don´t require sealed transcripts. However; make sure these are stamped by officials at the school and signed across.

I understand that by sealed transcripts they mean transcripts which bear the seal of the college/university. It is not a general practice in India to give transcripts sealed in an envelope. And yes, all transcripts must be signed by the authorities.
