** CORRECTED POSTING. IGNORE FIRST ONE **
Hi,
I am a Canadian Citizen and my wife is from a different country. She is already a landed immigrant and is working on getting her Canadian Citizenship very soon.
We are in the process of divorcing and have kids. My questions are:
- Does she legally have the right to take the kids back with her? She keeps saying she wants to go back home (side note: She has a career in Canada.)
- Do I have additional responsibilities to her in addition to the standard spousal support? I am her sponsor and the 3 year period is already passed.
Any help would be much appreciated...

(in reply to: **CORRECTED** Divorce question) all my answers from your original post still apply. Make sure you have a good divorce lawyer that is aware that she may want to remove the kids from Canada in the future.
