The issue JP is not whether you have skills or not and believe me I have no idea what those skills are.
The issue is are they in short supply somewhere in Canada and is there an employer willing to advertise three times at least to seek out a Labour Market opinion to hire a foreign national like you.
To obtain a LMO in most offices or areas in Canada it takes two to four weeks for approval.

The process is designed to protect Canadians who are seeking a job here. We want to make sure that the employer has made a honest effort to advertise the position to the public in Canada, before it is offered to someone in an other country. You can see that this is a reasoniable practice. I´m sure?
The employer has to show the Canadian Government that they have attempted to fill the position and that no qualified Canadian, or Permanent Resident card holder has applied for the job. After that they can "go outside Canada " to fill the position.

Roy, SAP R/3 is a booming IT real time technology invented by former IBM engineers and most of all the reputed firms around the world use this in their company applications, such as production, planning, financial accounting,Sales and distribution,materials management, HR administration, maintenance etc, and it´s programmers and consultants are highly paid in IT industry.
