hi everyone
what is this background check?
how is it being done by CIC people?
i heard that for some countries visa prossesing ,they will send some detective personally to all the addresses of schools,offices and house given and enquire whether the the apllicant had really studied /worked/resided in that address.
does the CIC also do the same way?
