I sponsered My husband from India, We stayed together for a month and then things are not working good and he wants divorce now. Can i cancel my sponsership and send him to back to his home country. We are seperated from last 4 months. Pl Guide

i do not want to mislead you, i think the best thing is to ask the lawyers, the case is a kinda unusual in terms of PR application. good luck.

Sorry you can not send you husband back. He is a PR of Canada now.
Mind you that now it is your responsibility to see that he does not apply for any social benefits as you are responsible for him for 3 years.
From CIC website, " You must provide financial support for the relatives or family members you are sponsoring depending on their age and relationship to you. If you are sponsoring your spouse you must provide financial support for three years from the date that person became a permanent resident"

Amina what a stupid girl you are! I hope all goes well with you. Forget about shipping him back. Make sure he doesn´t become a liability to society. I hope you won´t contract-marry again. Marriage is not a simple sex contract. You should have known about moslem men. Why don´t ya marry a white Canuck? your life would have been simpler.
