Subject: Losing residency for absence in Canada
Hello, if I have not been in Canada for the time that I have to, I know that the renewal of my PR may be rejected, however, does anybody know what is the procedure for entering Canada? A visitor Visa, or can I apply again for my PR? or will I be denied completely to enter?

Thank you.

The best way to deal with this issue is to obtain a single entry US visitor Visa and drive across the border to Canada. Single US VV is the issue because once your at a POE they can not send you back to the states they will not take you.

Proving one has not been physically present in Canada is no easy task. That is IF you wish to fight the issue.
