| Subject: can husband sponsor his wife as live in caregiver? |

hi there was a problem with my wife´s sponsor papers, and they got rejected then we filed an appeal and it got rejected as well, now we have applied an overseas humanitarian which takes around 2 years, in the mean time, my father had a minor stroke and he is not able to work and i have to take time off work to take him to doctor´s, as my parents live with me, can i sponsor my wife as a live-in care giver?
please advise?

I got married after applying for my PR card, then I called immigration call centre and told them I am married now, they said don´t worry about it, so I didn´t send in an official letter to immigration about my marriage, and once I applied my wife´s papers they denied it saying I did not declare her at the time when my papers were getting processed, under some subsection 17- d or something
