| Subject: How much time to get HRSDC approval ? |
|
|
|
I heard that HRSDC dept takes nearly year to give approval letter for
arranged employment. is this true? because I talk to them on phone and they said it will take 4 week.
Please answer me if anybody got approval letter for arranged employment from hrsdc dept.
I don´t want to work before I get PR. I just need letter from them.

hi
first of all you cannot get an hrdc approval for yourself directly, only your sponsoring employer can do so on ur behalf, and it can take ypto 6 weeks from within Canada.

16 weeks here and counting - employer submitted all details Apr 18...

Time Frame for LMO so the employer can hire a foreign national depends on each HRSDC office and how many requests they get.
Ofices who get virtually none seem to be the slowest. Major centers seem much faster example 14 business days.

I have already submitted my documents to CHC,NOVASCOTIA-CANADA for PR. My required band is 5.5 in IELTS exam, but I obtained 5 bands. I need 67 points for PR and I have 65 points. So can I able to get HRDC appaoval letter ?
