My skilled worker (independent class, at that time) application was filed in year 2000 in Hongkong. The case is still in processing. I am currently studying in USA. I want to transfer my interview location to USA. Is it doable and how to? Thanks.

Providing you have a minimum of one year resdiency in the US, you should be able to transfer the file.
