be very careful with what people promise you and what they want to charge you for the service.
I would be inclinded to investigate a work permit or Provincial nominee program first.

Don´t do that. There are many who will be glad to TAKE your money, and GIVE you nothing, in return.
There is NO fast way to get "arranged employemnt " in Canada. If there was such as thing, it would be common knowledge in yuor home country, wouldn´t it ?
Follow our advice, keep your money and be happy. Get to Canada, thru the legal Immigration application process, THEN do the job search and be interviewed, in person by those who are actually trying to hire workers, in Canada.
Again, there is NO fast way, just the same process as everybody else goes thru.

the way I understand it, arranged employment is mostly designed for CIC applicants already in Canada with an existing work permit.
