| Subject: UK citizen marrying a Canadian |

Hi,
My fiance and I will be getting married next July and are wondering if there is a process we need to go through before hand in order for us to get married here in Canada. Also, I will be moving to the UK once we are married, do you know what process I need to take to start the papers early or do we need to register ourselves to get the legal papers rolling for immigration.

My bloke is 59 this year and we would like to get married in UK and for him to live here with me, i am disabled and he would still like to work, how do we go about this and what happens to his pension, can it be drawn in the UK, we would like to be together asap, any ideas
