| Subject: applying for PR within canada- spouse- certs?! |

this seems like such a silly question, BUT... i digress and will just ask anyway... hah :)
what certificates do i need when applying for PR from within canada? i´m certain that i need my FBI certificate, but do i also need my police certificate? when applying for one/both from within the united states, will i be able to have them sent to canada, where i will be living by the time they arrive?

You need FBI clearance report and State clearance report. They will be able to mail to you to whatever address you want. But just make sure when you are sending them the payment to get Money Order in US dollars.
