my brother had the canadian immigration but then he moved to U.S and never went back and its been 5 years now and now i want to get the points of relative in canada so is it possible if i show them the proof of my brother or not ? i even dont know that his PR is valid or not ?

Based on what you told, your brother lost his PR status in Canada unless he is not a spouse of a Canadian citizen. You can´t get extra point by mentioning his name as he is apparently not a PR of Canada.
