Hi Roy,
The embassy called by hubby to pick-up his visa next wednesday! If all goes well, meaning if the Cuban immigration gives him his PVE fast and that there is no mix up, he should be here in 2-3 weeks!

Now is the time to get off your butt and help find him employment. Let him be independent and make his own mistakes.
But most of all forget about the frustration of the past and plan for the future.
