Subject: provincial nominee VS skilled class????
  Hi all,
have a question about PR application process.
There is a program provincial nominee and skilled worker class, now by the looks of it, provincial nominee takes much less time then skilled worker one. but what are the regulations for it, like once you have been admitted to certain province thats where you have to reside for a while or could you move to other provinces as well? is there any other restrictions? if someone could clarify this, that would be great.
Thanks alot

Anonymous, For provicial nominee- you have to be nominated by a province and you have to be with them for about 2-3yrs, depending on your contract with your employer but with skilled worker programme you can work in any province you like or choose and your life is not attached to any employer. The only thing is provincial Nominee programme is very fast because it takes about 5-6months whereby skilled worker takes about a year or more depending on where your application goes.
