im in canada from last 1 year and me n my wife got separated, few months after we enterd canada so i want to give divorce to my wife so is there any time limit ? because i dont even want that she loose her PR status in canada as i was the main applicant wen we got Canadian immigration. please help me in tat matter ? r there any difficulties wich i hav to face in turms of rights or money ?

A divorce under the divorce act requires that you submit the divorce where you normally reside aka Canada. In Canada you must live seperate and apart for one year before submitting a divorce application. The issue with Immigration is irrelavant.
