I applied to immigration as a provincal nominee. I need to return back to China as my mother has medical problems. As a provincal nominee, I did not include any reference letters, work experience documents, etc in the PR application. What is the action of immigration as I left Canada and will stay with mother for the next months (lost my Canadian job for sure).
-Will they change my application to a skilled worker
- Return my application as my pnp certificate will be cancelled
-???

Now you will go back to the begining of the process.
