I am married & currently residing in India (i am a malaysian). I would like to know whether i could apply for Canadian immigration without my spouse. My hubby has no intention of moving anywhere else, but in India. Maybe he would join me later once i settled. Am qualified for Canadian immigration based on an online assessment.

u can apply as a principal applicant but u will have to include ur husband in the immigration application as non accompaning spouse, he can join later when he wishes to.

if u apply from india it will take around 7 to 8 years so i wont recommend u to apply for SW its better to go for some other options like arrange employment or work permit etc if u can.
