Points does not matter in any stage.67 or 80 or 100 are same

I do not think cerebral palsy will cause any issue.

Thanks

I have to disagree. (in reply to: Is there any way a skilled worker applicant (...)
Cerebral palsy is a life long ailment, that will require continual medical care for the child´s future.

Canada will not accept that kind of long term medical condition in a dependant child of an immigration applicant.

A person with cerebral palsy will never be able to care for themselves, nor even feed or dress themselves. They are completely dependant on others to care for them. They remain an infant, mentally, never able to function on their own.

For that reason this child wil be denied entry to Canada.

According to my reading, excessive medical demand applies to the applicant (sponsor) of the family. Dependent children, spouse, or partner medical issues can be waived according to Canadian immigration law:

"The excessive demand component is waived under the Family Sponsorship category of Canada immigration for the spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner and dependent children of the Sponsor. The Sponsored person(s) still may be refused if their condition is considered to be a danger to Canadian public health or safety."

In my opinion, it´s therefore worth to apply.
