I recently got married to my Girlfriend of 2 years. She is a Canadian citizen and I?m a American. I?m planning to move to Canada and just want to make sure I?m doing all the correct steps.
First I downloaded and started filling out (a lot) of forms. My first question is: Do we send in all our forms together?
Second it requires a police/FBI, and medical checks. Do I have to wait for these results to come in and send it with all my forms? Or do I send in all the forms and the office will contact me to send in the required police/FBI, and medical checks? Just want then to start processing everything.
I been reading that it?s faster to send in the forms outside of Canada? What dose this mean? What is the difference in submitting everything in Canada, compared to outside CA?
Any advice would be appreciated. I just want to get up there a soon as possible, and I just want to do everything the best way.
