dear all
I have been applied for skilled immigration in july 2007 I got refusal letter from CIC , can any body tell me next step to take can i appeal through any consultant

what route have u applied, u got 30 days to appeal in the federal court, its best to order caips as soon as possible.

You applied in July 2007 and you got refusal? Which visa post did you apply to? What points did you claim and on what basis?What were the reasons for the refusal?

canadian they had sent me all score list and i achieved only 63
its near about two months is there any way to appeal to fed court please suggest

where have u sent ur application, because its very rare ur IA should be completed in 2 months, no visa office in the world is that quick, have u recieved ur file no?

because u r only 2 months down the line i think its not worth giving 3000 dollars to the consultants for appeal, u can always apply again from start, make sure u prepare ur file properly this time, how many points have u got? if u think u have made a mistake anywhere in ur old file u can improve it on ur new application.

something is not right here. Our friend would not even have a file number in 2 months
There is nothing to appeal if you have 63 points - you do not qualify. If CIC missed something, at this point it would be cheaper and faster to start again- if the 2 months is accurate.
do not give a consultant anything for an appeal if the above is true- you will be wasting your money.

i was applied in 2005 Jan got reply in july 2007 i got less point IELTS that is 10
