Subject: case filed in india and staying in U.S.
  I filed my case in India. currently i am in U.S. recently i received medical papers and done medical exam. i have not received any letter from CHC saying case is approved or anything. now my agent in india is saying that i have to send passport. how can i send passport outside USA ???? what is the procedure?? Thanks

You can check your case status online. If you have used and angent then he will get all the correspondence from CIC not you. I believe your agent must have got the initial assessment letter and the medical forms.

I know that it must not be a option for you but the best way is to go to India personally. If not then ask a friend/relative travelling to India to carry your passport and give it to your agent. When the visa is stamped some one can carry it back to US.

Please keep photocopies of your passport and visa with you.

CALL up buffalo immigration centre and tell your part of story. I guess you can get it stamped here itself.
