| Subject: Forgot to Submit I-94 while traveling to US |

Hi Everyone. I had recently gone to New York from Toronto by my car and retd within 2 days. I was issued an I-94 valid for 15 days. Now, after one month of my original trip, I would like to go to Buffalo again to celebrae my child´s birthday. I now realized that the I-94 were not submitted on my previous return.
Would I be able to submit the I-94 at this time when I go back to USA or would I be refused entry as there is no way I can prove that I returne within the time given, except the credit cards usage while I was here.

I went to the US , I come back , but CANADA coustom didn´t take my I-94 , so i want to submit I-94
