is this spouse of yours coming to Canada with you? are you going to dump her the minute you arrive? how nice. And what would you suggest she do to support herself once she gets here? Do you expect Canadians to look after her?

sorry, guys. this is digusting.

Amit, you must be mad to think any sane person will support you. Don´t do it. It´s not right.

You should ask the CIC just that: what do you need to prove your fake marriage is real so you can get the points? Please let us know what they say.

There´s nothing funny about a fraudulent application. You would face serious consequences if caught. If she wants to go to Canada, and she has family there, then they should try to sponsor her. If you need points, then you need to get them through improved education, better language skills, or arranged employment. Work, I know.

Same Sex Marriage (in reply to: paper marriage)
I am 27 years old female from an Islamic country and a frequent traveller of Canada for the last more than 5 years. 2 years back I developed a relationship with a girl here in canada and several times came to visit her here. This time when I came to see her in September she proposed me and we got married in November. in few days she is going to apply for my sponsorship and my visit visa is still valid. My questions are:

1. Prior coming to Canada on visit I got admission in a college but I was denied a study permit though I already had a TRV. I noticed there is a question on application form; Have You ever been denied a visa for Canada? What should I write there as i was denied study permit and my visit visa was already there.

2. in order to extend the stay what appropriate reason should be given. I am confused, should i simply request for extension or should i explain change of my status.

3. Normally how long does it take to finalize the inland sponsorship and when can i apply for my work permit.

4. Will denial of my study permit effect my application for PR?

Will be grateful for your opinions/advices in this connection.

Regards,
