| Subject: Can I apply from US before completing 1 year |

Hi,
I am in US for last 6 months on L1 visa and will be in US for about 1 more year.I have been allowed to stay in US till the end of year 2009 .My question is can I apply now for Canada Immigration as a skilled worker under regular process or not ?
Or I have to wait for one year to complete in US and then I can apply.

Yes you can...i applied within one year of stay in US.

Rajiv, You can apply now and you don´t have to wait till you work for a year. Once you are legally admitted in that country for a year you can apply anytime before the year ends.
