I am considering Migration. I was married but we are now separated for 2 years. There were efforts in the past to annul the marriage but since I had to leave the country everything was left behind. Custody of our child is not with me. Now I am in a relationship and residing in another country far from my spouse. In considering the migration, ofcourse I want to bring my child with me and my present partner. What are my remedies if my previous partner does not sign documents relating to custody of the child? Is it better to migrate together as couple first (present spouse) and when we have established ourselves then we start to petition my child? Inputs please!
