Hello, I am a US Citizen married to a Canadian Citizen for a little over 3 years. We were married in Alberta. She lives there and I am in the States. I had a DUI conviction in Feb of 2004 here. My conviction is all settled (fine, licencse suspension). I know that 5 years is not up yet, but want to do the seeking early entry. I have never been denied access or refused entry, I have been given 2 TRP´s in the last 1.5 years and have been there numerous times before that. I have all the tickets and phone bills, pretty much all the paper stuff. At the time of our marriage I wasn´t able to stay to do the inland thing. We did have a lawyer from Alberta but all he did was print off pages that I saw on the internet! So now we are basically doing all this ourselves. Now I´m at the time where I can begin the next step to immigrating. Her coming here is not an option. So my question is what do I do now? Thanks in advance for the all the help.
