  Dear all,

I have two uncles who are Canadian immigrants and have PR cards but both are living out of Canada. One of my uncle´s family is in Canada but he himself is doing job in UAE. I need to know whether I can claim points for my uncles if I apply to Canadian Immigration under Skilled Workers Category? Please if you could help.
