Subject: Landing from canada without US visa
  Hi,
Iam in canada for the past 2 years and I applied under skilled worker immigration category in buffalo. I got my IA and Iam done with my medicals. Now just waiting for PPR and I dont have US visa. In case if I get PPR is there any way to cross border or without crossing border is there any way to land in canada??

You may drive down to the US border and once you are refused of entry, you can turn around and drive back to the Canadian border where you can do your "landing". The US authorities will give you a green piece of paper that states that you have been refuse of entry. Show it to the CBSA agent at the POE.

keep in mind though, that being refused of entry into the US may affect future applications in you ever want to visit or transist the US.

Bill you are right, at your last sentence.

This is not a good idea. It will reflect on her file .... vicki .. apply for a US visa then or get out of Canada and get in again by going to your home country even if it is costly.

Bill suggestion is practical but as he says himself you may have trouble in future to enter US.
