hello
I have a question, I was marry with a Canadian in Vancouver B.C. but we divorced for one year alreary and I have 2 children, they are already Canadian Citizen but my ex never sponsor me, We have the shared custody but my children cannot see their father because We live in Mexico. There are some way for me to be able to get a permanent recident and my children see their father

Hold on ...
If your kids are Canadian Citizens they can go to Canada easily. My guess is that if they are under 18 perhaps they need your legal permission but since you have shared custody, it should not be a big deal.
Also Canadian citizens can travel to Mexico, can´t they ?
So it does not seem a big deal to me from what you wrote for the kids to meet their father or father to meet kids.
Now if you are the Mexican citizen and you want PR that is another story. If you don´t want to be away from your kids can´t you go to Canada with them on a tourist visa ?

Thank?s for respond me ok let me tell you somothing, I realy want that my kids raise with his father and he realy want too, but he cannot sponsor me because he is marry again, so how can i live over there???, We lived there last year for almos 2 years, but because i cannt work there my kids and i move to Mexico

Your kids are too young to sponsor you. However they have every right to live in Canada and have all the previlige of living here. But with whom? that is the question. Your ex is remarried and can´t sponsor you. It is a very tricky triangle. I feel deeply sorry for you and for the kids who have been caught in this unfair situation. I am not sure if you can apply as S W (skilled worker).
Can you come and apply under Humanitarian and Compassionate condition? I am not the expert to tell you this. I am sure our ROY can find a good answer for you. C´mon Roy, please help this mom.
