I was told that we have to done our medical exam within one month after receive the 2nd letter? and the immigration office need to receive FBI report within 80 days after they send the 2nd letter? Are those true?
I got to know today that my lawyer already received my 2nd letter one month ago...Will am I in trouble then? what is the exact date should be counting, the date the immigration office send the letter or the date I received the letter?

Hurry up and get to two things that immigration is asking. If you think that you might be little bit late, get your lawyer to write them a letter, fax it and say that you apologize if required papers do not get to them on time, but it is in process and you are waiting.
