i m havin my experience of more then 3 years at my father manufacturing business so the VO will consider my this experiecne if i show them the letter from my own father business.? As a manufacturing manager Noc 0911 ? i hope my experience isnt useless.....plz help me in this matter

thanx for ur reply actually we manufacture duco paints (for cars) and i am manager there and manage everything including purchase to inventory plan organise control and everythin which manager does coz i have done MBA marketing bt the only problem is that this is my father business. so wat u say ?

I think you will be fine with that. It doesn´t matter whetehr it is your father´s or someone else´s business. I wouldn´t even satte that in the documents. Just get official documents providing details about your position and experience etc and you should fine!

u should be fine but only if it is paid employment u will have to show ur payslips or income tax returns for the period u r claiming ur experience in the company and also provide them with the experience letter from the company on its letter pad.

But if she really did work for that time and there is no pay slips , can they reissue these pay slips or something like that , as most of the 3 rd world countires pay salaries in no formal ways at least in the few past years !!
