I have a question, I was marry with a Canadian in Vancouver B.C. but we divorced for one year alreary and I have 2 children, they are already Canadian Citizen but my ex never sponsor me, We have the shared custody but my children cannot see their father because We live in Mexico. There are some way for me to be able to get a permanent recident and my children see their father
I realy want that my kids raise with his father and he realy want too, but he cannot sponsor me because he is marry again, so how can i live over there???, We lived there last year for almos 2 years, but because i cannt work there, my kids and i move to Mexico
the age of my kids one is 3 years old and the other is 5 years old

You being Mexican leads all kinds of opportunites open to you that others do not have. First no CVV is required.

I can not tell you to work without authorization but an H&C application based on family reunification would be ideal. They can not remove someone who has custody of children if the courts order they not be removed from the jurisdiction of the courts.

Just because your with the kids does not mean you have legal custody.

This would take quite a bit of time to reply to I suggest for the first time I think you write me directly. It would only be advice and you may not like the option but you might.
