I wanted to start thanking this forum and all who gave me good advices. By grace of Lord i have landed into Canada by road with no hassles. Immigration and customs process at Lewsiton Bridge,NY took only 20 min.
During Immigration process they only asked me my passport and COPR at customs they asked me just car title paper and information regarding goods i have in the car and goods to follow.The CBSA officer stamped the goods to follow and gave me a form and asked to pay tax for importing car. Later they said i am done and entered canada.
I never passed through american Immigration point to have my car title stamped( i have faxed them the title a week ahead) nor no one asked me for Recall clerance letter for my car. No one took my i-94 card or asked to show proof of funds or any other documents. I was thrilled for this fast and easy experience at the Border.+

Thats great ! but why did they ask for car import tax -- I mean isn´t the ´car that you use when landing´ free of import tax because you already own it before landing. I think its only if you didn´t tell them about the car you owned and at a later time say 1 year later you try to get that car from us to canada -- thenn you need to pay import tax -- but you shouldn´t have had to pay the tax -- what say you?

I had my car with me at the time of landing i drove from USA to Canada.i gave him the Original car title and all other documents i dont know why i have to pay i just paid and left the place.
