| Subject: Notified the CIC for new child |

Hi,
After receiving medical forms I notified the CIC that my wife is due for delivery in two weeks time. Today I received the copy of my letter with CIC stamp and handwritten note to submit following docs after baby is born
1. 3 Photos
2. Fees
3. Birth certificate
also mentioned "we will not issue medical forms for baby"
what should I interpret from last sentence?
Any advise would be highly appreciated.

I beleive what they mean by "we will not issue medical forms for baby" is that you will not need to do the medical for the baby.
