please explain to us how you have avoided deporation for 10 years and why you would have waited so long for a H7C application? I doubt that there is anyone here that will be able to give you a time line on H&C.

well immigration have my address and they kept sending me every year IFH, also i am stateless so i don´t have a passport to return back .... i came as i student and did not seek refugee that time but i had to do that since the country refused me back. i went through depression ( i really did not know what is refugee and never thought in my life i would seek that in the end). unlike other people who have expreince about it. any how finaly i decided to reopn my case and seek status.( first lawyer screwed my case and her office seized for violation of taxes and other stuff, she did not send some important papers to the judge... i thougt she did that until one day immigration office called me and asked about the paper. .. i called my lawyer and guess what her office was seized for taxes). yeah she did not pay her taxes !!!!

What is and is not factors for H&C and how the CIC officers look at H&C fdactors are found in the Inland Processing Manuals IP5

A Mississauga CIC timeline like Sharon states does not exist. I have a client who had someone else assist her with her application. In one week VCegreville transferred the application to Mississauga CIC and it has been there for four years.

13.9. Prolonged inability to leave Canada has led to establishment

There is no hard and fast rule relating to the period of time in Canada but it is expected that a significant degree of establishment would take several years to achieve.

These applicants may or may not be the subject of a removal order, or may or may not have had
a negative refugee determination and/or a post-claim review.

Officers should consider the following factors:
? Are the circumstances that led to the applicant remaining in Canada of significant duration
and beyond their control?
? Is there a significant degree of establishment in Canada? (See Section 11.2, Assessing the
applicant?s degree of establishment in Canada.)
? Is the applicant in Canada because of a temporary suspension of removals to their country
and is there another viable destination option? (Contact the local removals unit for assistance
with this information).
? To what degree has the applicant cooperated with the Department, particularly with regard to
travel documents?
? Did the applicant wilfully lose or destroy travel documents? (When no valid travel or identity
document has been provided, contact the local removals unit to determine whether this is due
to an applicant´s unwillingness to complete a passport application.)
? Any other factors relevant to the H&C decision.

HOPE THIS HELPS.
