| Subject: spouse sponsorship while visiting her as tourist |

Please help.
I actually prepare sponsoring documents for my spouse. I am in her country, Lithuania, as tourist and canadian citizen. I can stay here 90 days each 6 months without visa. I am married here this summer and do not want return in Canada (Quebec) before my wife receive a visa.
Can I send application to Mississauga as Canadian sponsor - tourist? I found in explanations that I am considered living in Canada in that case.
When should I return in Canada for my application will not be refused (I do not have any occupation now there).
Should I mention in IMM 1344A (part E) that Canada is my only country of residence and nothing in declaration of residence(F).
I an in a hard situation because I CAN NOT access the 1-888 number from outside Canada and Warsaw Ambassy do not answer.
Maybe someone know other methods of contact the immigration?
