Subject: living in canada, working in US
My wife is a canadian citizen and green card holder, and I am a US citizen currently applying for PR status in canada. We would like to live in canada, but work in the US, by commuting across the border on a everyday basis. Would my wife be at risk of losing her green card under this arrangement since we would be living in canada? I am hoping that she would be ok since we would be filing US income taxes.

Also, is it possible for me to become a dual citizen? Thanks for your help

If your wife commutes daily for work purpose then she should be OK. Otheriwse, USA doesn´t allow to keep both US and Canadian permanant residency.

Not sure about the dual citizenship part.

The US doesn´t encourage it, but dual citizenship is allowed.
