If you´re sure you have 65 or 66 points, then it´s worth to continue your efforts. First, CIC may interpret your qualifications differently and award you more points than you think. Secondly, CIC may rely on the immigration officer to make a discretionary decision if you fall short by only a point or 2. There is a small discretionary margin allowed by the reviewing officer.

Not to Worry !!! (in reply to: few points less ?)
Though if you score 1 or 2 points less that the required, you dont have to worry. Usually immigration officer will try to determine whether your qualifications and experience will help you succesfully establish in CANADA or not either by interviewiing you or depend on your documentation and then the decision will be made. So hope for the best...this is too early to worry . Wish you all the best
