(in reply to: Prejudice from Canadian Government) Wolf, You can have a job offer approved by HRSDC, but the Immigration Officer in your home country has the final say whether to approve your Work Permit or not. You just happened to meet the wrong officer.

You may even have a work visa to travel to Canada and you still may be refused of entry.
An LMO does not mean a visa.
A Visa does not mean entry into Canada.
It is not prejudice, it is the law.
