I am wondering if anyone has any experience with applying for a family status application from Lebanon. I understand the processing embassy is in Damascus. Considering I am a Canadian citizen and my approval to sponsor was approved very quickly, how long is it to process my wife´s application to immigrate. And also, does she pick up the visa in Damascus or Beirut? I would appreciate any replys.

Yes, process is in Damascus and the best wuold be if you contact them directly.

It takes only 4-8 months to get the visa if nothing went wrong.

HELLO, iAM WONDERING ABOUT MY STATUS AS A Live in caregiver i HAD MY ROE last May 31 but my permit was until sept 13 2010. I want to apply again on the same employer. What will be my actions should i have to leave canada on the said date until i got my new permit? or apply for an extensiom to stay in canada? Thank you...
