| Subject: Medicals... Roy please advice... anyone |

This concern about the medicals taking so long has been posted before. You suggested getting ahold of the DMP... I tried, they won´t do anything. Is that something they even CAN do? How can I go about it, and what other ways could I move the medicals along quicker. Would retaining representation make this happen faster?
Please advice.

Did you do your medicals in USA ?
What they told me that it takes 2 weeks to get results and they can post it and give tracking number.
What I would do instead of calling the doctor´s office is go there in person and ask about it. You can show them your IA letter saying that you have 60 days to do your medicals and so on. They are designated offices it is a part of their job to send medicals. If you come in person it may make a difference.

I believe I said push the DMP but I did not mean actually push him/her. I did not say call I believe I said contact.

Hi Kelly its casey you left a message on my topic here on the forum about teaching in Canada, and you said you had just gone through the process of obtaining employment in a private school in canada, and wondered if it would be possible to keep in touch via email and ask you a few questions on how you went about it as im looking to do the same to start working next September.
