hello;
we have landed in Toronto by land and the Immigration officer didnot asked us the I-94 card and we forget too. where should i mail back my I-94 card ?

That happened to me once too. Just mail the I-94 to your closest US consulate. Keep a copy of it. I also sent a letter with it saying that the immigration official forgot to take it from my passport. If they stamped the entry date in your passport you may also send a copy of that. Or perhaps a copy of your flight ticket..
