| Subject: RPRF in US$? |

I sent $715 USD money order for RPRF in late November, 2004. My initial Assessment was dated on November 18, 2004, with request of making the RPRF either in $975CDN or $715 USD.
I just found out that US$ fee amount is changed. what do you guys think will happen? do you think they will send my money order back to me to change the amount or since this change is effective in December 1, 2004 my money order will go through.

If they clocked your reciept before Dec 1, 2004 then you are fine; else more than likely they will ask you to either submit in balance or send all together a new draft (in that case they will send you your old draft back).

I contacted my attorney Colin Singer, as well as CIC of which all reported the fee remains at $975.00

I stand corrected, folks. My atty just called back and clarified.
Apparently the C$975.00 or US$715 is for those of us who paid before Dec 1 and those after are at the new rate.
Sorry for the confusion.
